A Good Review to Start the Year

One of the folks I follow on Tumblr, Luciferthescarecrow posted his review of March of the Tin Soldiers (and I’ve stolen it and reposted it here) –

Review the novel of Oz Squad *hey, pls don’t be so serious about this, it’s just my opinion*

Well, i forgot to tell u guys about this

I buy the Oz Squad novel at November and finish it in one night

I have a lot of feeling about the novel and i luv it!!!

But i still feel like the ending in the stories didn’t make me very satisfied

Why Dorothy do that? Is it not selfish?

And the stories line make me a little confusion to link the stories progression….

or just maybe i don’t get it…..this is the first time i read a real novel not fanfic…..from overseas…

(Hey! C’mon, i’m from Vietnam, i’m an asian! The novel from us is different from u ok? I also luv to real Dế Mèn phiêu lưu kí by Tô Hoài, the other book for kids from overseas like Oz series and Alice in the Wonderland,……)

But, in this novel, i like the character development, it’s very good! (in my opinion)

poor Scarecrow, poor Tinman, Dorothy with mom feeling and Ozma…..also mom, Ozzy very cool and smart, Woggle Bug is…..idk, wait, where’s Lion-

The villiant is very good too!!! I luv how Rebecca trick the squad and how Scareccrow *Window XP shutdown* is (he just very poor in this moment ok?)

But the Hell, yeah! The Hell in this novel is very hot and scare like what we know. Good Hell!

The Earth is chaotic more than Hell and……it’s true :l we was in chaotic year too….

. .

I still want to read more and know more about Oz Squad in the future,….really!! I love it so much! Sorry cuz my poor English skills and how my post dumd is, i know i’m not the best reviewer so don’t take this so serious, ok? If you want, you can buy the ebook of the novel and have your own feeling Many thank to Steve Ahlquist who make this amazing series,  Andrew Murphy for the amazing arts (in the 10 original issues) and David Lee Ingersoll for the azaming arts (in the novel and for the new Oz Squad) Thank to read think, luv you all!! ^^

Lucifer has also done his version of my version of Ahlquist’s version of the Scarecrow. Behold –

If you haven’t read the novel yet, it’s still available as an ebook.

Happy New Year!
